Swing and Ballroom Dance for Teens in Lafayette begins April 17th, 2009
Ballroom Dance with Karen and Michael on Fridays 4-5pm
This beginning level class will teach you 5 great Ballroom dances: Cha Cha, Waltz, Rumba, Tango and Foxtrot. We can help you learn how to dance, feel comfortable on the dance floor and feel confident in social dance situations. No partner or prior dance experience necessary. Comfortable shoes that stay on your feet, leather or suede soles if possible. We look forward to an exciting 8 weeks together.
$88 + $2 (8 Wks). (Skip 5/22). Minimum students 9, Max students 25

Learn the original East Coast Swing and Lindy of the 1920’s-40’s. This swing is danced around the world today, with lots of fun events to live music for all ages here in the SF Bay area. Learn this great social dance and how to have fun with it. No partner or prior dance experience necessary. Comfortable shoes that stay on your feet, leather or suede soles if possible. This is a lively, energetic dance that you won’t want to miss.
